How to lower your health in CS2
Run sv_cheats 1, then type hurtme 50 in the console to take 50 health from yourself, handy before testing grenade damage.

Takes the given amount of health from your player.

Use it to test how much damage you survive, for example before testing an HE grenade. Requires sv_cheats 1.

Run it on your server
