How to set the number of bots in CS2
Type bot_quota 10 in the server console to keep 10 bots in the game, or bot_quota 0 for no bots at all.
bot_quota
Sets the number of bots the server keeps in the game.
bot_quota <count> Examples
bot_quota 0 No bots.
bot_quota 10 Fill a 5v5 with bots.
Arguments
countRequired- Number of bots, or target player count in fill mode.
What it does
How the number is used depends on bot_quota_mode: in fill mode bots fill up the server to this many players, in normal mode it is a fixed number of bots. Set it to 0 to have no bots.
The game's own description: Determines the total number of bots in the game.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to game/csgo/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS2 server first.
