Type mp_switchteams in the server console to swap every T to CT and back, then restart the game.

What it does
Every Terrorist becomes a Counter-Terrorist and the other way around. Handy for a halftime switch in a self run match.

Good to know
- The game restarts, so scores reset.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to cstrike/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS:S server first.
