How to kick a player by userid in CS:S
Run status to get the userid, then type kickid 7 AFK in the server console to kick player 7 with the message AFK.

Kicks a player by userid or Steam ID, with an optional message.

Arguments
useridRequired- Userid or Steam ID.
messageOptional- Reason shown to the player.
What it does
Get the userid from status. The message is shown to the kicked player.

Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to cstrike/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS:S server first.
