How to see what a command does in CS:S

Type help mp_freezetime in the console to see that setting's description, current value and flags.

help

Shows the help text, default value and flags for a command or variable.

help <name>

Arguments

nameRequired: Command or variable name.

What it does

Prints the description, current value and flags of the command or setting, for example whether it needs sv_cheats.

The game's own description: Find help about a convar/concommand.

Run it on your server
