How to list all commands in CS:S
Type cvarlist in the console to list every command and setting, or cvarlist mp_ to see only the mp_ ones.
cvarlist
Lists every console variable and command, optionally filtered by a prefix.
cvarlist [prefix] Examples
cvarlist mp_ List all mp_ settings.
Arguments
prefixOptional- Only list names starting with this.
What it does
Pass a prefix to only list matching names, for example every mp_ setting. The full list is very long, so a prefix helps.

Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to cstrike/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS:S server first.
