How to stop bots talking in CS:S
Type bot_chatter off in the server console and bots stop talking on the radio. bot_chatter minimal keeps it short instead.

What it does
normal lets bots chatter freely, minimal keeps it short, radio limits them to radio commands, and off silences them.

Run it on your server
