How to kick a player in Valheim

Open the F5 console as an admin and type kick Ragnar. The player is removed at once but can rejoin unless you ban them.

kick

Removes a player from the server right away. They can rejoin unless you ban them.

kick <player>

kick Ragnar

Kicks the player named Ragnar.

Arguments

playerRequired: The player's name. Platform User ID or IP also work.

What it does

Typed by an admin in the in-game F5 console. You must be listed in adminlist.txt to use it. Use ban instead if the player should stay out.

Requires admin rights from adminlist.txt.
