Arguments

0 never, 1 normal, 2 always.

What it does

Decides whether players explode into pieces on death. 0 always leaves a ragdoll, 1 uses the normal rules where big explosive hits can gib, and 2 gibs on every death.

The game's own description: Allow player gibbing. 0: never, 1: normal, 2: always

Run it on your server

On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to tf/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a TF2 server first.
