How to change vote duration in TF2

Type sv_vote_timer_duration 20 in the server console to give players 20 seconds to vote. The default is 15.

sv_vote_timer_duration

Sets how many seconds players have to vote once a vote starts.

sv_vote_timer_duration <seconds>

Twenty seconds to vote.
