What it does
The wait command delays the next command in a script by one frame. Some servers disable it to block certain scripted binds.
The game's own description: Allow or disallow the wait command on clients connected to this server.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to tf/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a TF2 server first.
