How to turn on stopwatch mode in TF2
Type mp_tournament_stopwatch 1 in the server console with mp_tournament 1 on, so each team attacks once and the faster capture wins.

What it does
On attack/defend and payload maps, stopwatch mode has each team attack once. The team that completes the objective faster, or gets further, wins. It only applies while mp_tournament is on.
