How to change hot air balloon decay in Rust

Type hotairballoon.outsidedecayminutes 360 in the server console so a hot air balloon left outside takes 6 hours to decay. Default is 180 minutes.

Sets how many minutes a hot air balloon left outside takes to lose all its health.

minutesRequired: Time to decay fully while outside.

Balloons decay when stored outdoors. Raise it if players complain that parked balloons vanish too fast.
