How to change upkeep cost for small bases in Rust
Type decay.bracket_0_costfraction 0.05 in the server console to halve the daily upkeep for blocks in the first, smallest upkeep bracket. Default is 0.1.

Arguments
fractionRequired- Share of build cost charged per upkeep period.
What it does
Upkeep is charged in brackets: the first blocks of a base cost this fraction of their build cost per day, larger bases pay more in the higher brackets. The default 0.1 means 10%. Lower all bracket fractions together for cheaper upkeep.
