version Show the running build.
What it does
Use it to confirm which Rust build the server runs, for example after an update or when a player cannot connect because of a version mismatch. Clients must run the same protocol version to join.
The game's own description: Prints the current game version string to the console, including build number and branch
Run it on your server
Type it in the server console or send it over RCON; admins can also use the F1 console in game. To keep a setting, run server.writecfg after changing it, or put it on the launch line as +name value.
