How to remove an admin in Rust
Type global.removeowner 76561198000000000 in the server console to take owner rights from that Steam ID, then server.writecfg to save it.

steamidRequired- The owner's Steam64 ID.
What it does
The player loses the admin flag right away if they are online. Run server.writecfg afterwards, or the owner entry comes back from users.cfg on the next restart.
