Type global.moderatorid 76561198000000000 "ModName" in the server console to make that Steam ID a moderator, then server.writecfg to save it.
global.moderatorid
Makes a Steam64 ID a server moderator (auth level 1).
moderatorid <steamid> ["name"] ["reason"] Examples
moderatorid 76561198000000000 "ModName" "Community mod" Add a moderator.
server.writecfg Save it to users.cfg.
Arguments
steamidRequired- The player's Steam64 ID.
nameOptional- Name stored with the entry.
reasonOptional- Note stored with the entry.
What it does
Moderators get admin access to most moderation commands such as kick, ban and teleport, but not everything an owner can do. Save the change with server.writecfg.
The game's own description: Adds the specified Steam64 ID as a server moderator with optional name and reason; grants admin flag to the player if connected
Run it on your server
Type it in the server console or send it over RCON; admins can also use the F1 console in game. To keep a setting, run server.writecfg after changing it, or put it on the launch line as +name value.
