How to whitelist your IP for RCON in GMod
Type sv_rcon_whitelist_address 127.0.0.1 with your own IP in the server console, so failed RCON logins from it never get it banned.
sv_rcon_whitelist_address

What it does
Stops you from locking yourself out while typing the password wrong.

Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to garrysmod/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a GMod server first.
