How to set the RCON ban time in GMod
Type sv_rcon_banpenalty 60 in the server console so an address that fails RCON login too often is banned for 60 minutes; 0 is permanent.

Sets how many minutes an address is banned after failing RCON authentication; 0 is permanent.

Arguments
minutesRequired- Ban length in minutes, 0 for permanent.

Applies once sv_rcon_maxfailures or the short-term failure limit is reached.
