What it does

Garry's Mod watches for entities with broken, runaway physics that can freeze or crash the server. With this on, such entities are deleted. Turning it off can lead to crashes, so leave it on unless you are debugging.

The game's own description: Remove entities when we detect their physics are going crazy. Turning this off should be a LAST RESORT - turning it off will allow people to crash sandbox mode using various physics exploits!

Run it on your server

On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to garrysmod/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a GMod server first.
