How to change how many votes are needed in CS2
Type sv_vote_quorum_ratio 0.75 in the server console so a vote only passes when 75% of eligible players vote yes.

Sets the share of players that must vote yes for a vote to pass.

ratioRequired- Fraction of players needed.
What it does
Use a value from 0 to 1. A vote passes only when this share of eligible players votes yes.
