How to change vote kick ban time in CS2
Type sv_vote_kick_ban_duration 60 in the server console so a player removed by a vote kick cannot rejoin for 60 minutes.

A player removed by a passed kick vote cannot rejoin for this long. 0 lets them rejoin right away.
