How to hide names when aiming at players in CS2
Type hud_showtargetid 0 in your game console to hide the name that appears when your crosshair is over a player.

Arguments
0|1Required- 1 shows names, 0 hides them.
What it does
Shows the name of the player you aim at. Turning it off removes the name text from the middle of the screen.
