How to hide the teammate warning icon in CS2
Type cl_crosshair_friendly_warning 0 in your game console to hide the no-shoot icon that shows when you aim at a teammate.

Arguments
0|1Required- 1 shows the warning, 0 hides it.
What it does
Shows a small no-shoot marker on the crosshair while it is over a teammate, to help you avoid team damage. Set it to 0 to hide the marker.

Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in game/csgo/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
