How to change your teammate color in CS2
Type cl_color 2 in your game console to ask for another teammate color, from 0 to 4. If a teammate already has it, you get a different one.
cl_color
Sets the teammate color you would like to get in competitive matches.

cl_color 2 Prefer green.
Values

Arguments
colorRequired- Preferred color number.
What it does
Chooses your preferred personal color for the radar and scoreboard. It is a preference: if a teammate already has that color, you get another one.

Use it in your game
Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in game/csgo/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
