How to see spectated players' crosshair in CS2
Type cl_show_observer_crosshair 2 in your game console to see the crosshair of anyone you spectate; 0 always shows your own.

What it does
When you spectate someone, the game can draw their personal crosshair instead of yours. Use 2 to see everyone's crosshair, 1 for friends and party members only, or 0 to always see your own.

Use it in your game
Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in game/csgo/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
