How to add a crosshair outline in CS2
Type cl_crosshair_drawoutline 1 in your game console for a black outline around your crosshair; cl_crosshair_drawoutline 0 removes it.

Arguments
0|1Required- 1 draws the outline, 0 removes it.
What it does
Draws a dark border around each crosshair line. It helps a lot on bright walls and sky where a light colored crosshair blends in. Set the border width with cl_crosshair_outlinethickness.
