How to hide the HUD in CS2
Run sv_cheats 1, then type cl_drawhud 0 in your game console to hide the whole HUD; cl_drawhud 1 shows it again.

What it does
Setting it to 0 removes every HUD element, used for clean screenshots and video on a private server. For a HUD without cheats, look at cl_draw_only_deathnotices.

Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in game/csgo/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
