How to turn off ragdolls in CS2
Run sv_cheats 1, then type cl_disable_ragdolls 1 in your game console and dead players no longer fall as ragdolls.

Toggles ragdoll physics for dead players; requires sv_cheats 1.

Turns off ragdoll bodies on a server with cheats enabled. Mostly used for testing and video work.

Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in game/csgo/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
