How to change the loss bonus in CS2
Type cash_team_loser_bonus 1400 in the server console to give the losing team $1400 after its first lost round.

Sets the base money the losing team gets after a round, in dollars.

What it does
This is the first step of the loss bonus. Each further consecutive loss adds cash_team_loser_bonus_consecutive_rounds on top, up to mp_consecutive_loss_max losses.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to game/csgo/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS2 server first.
