How to change step height in CS:S
Type sv_stepsize 24 in the server console so players walk up ledges up to 24 units high without jumping. The default is 18.

Sets the highest step in units that players can walk up without jumping.

sv_stepsize 18 Normal step height.

Raise it to let players walk up taller ledges.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to cstrike/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS:S server first.
