How to let dead players watch anyone in CS:S
Type mp_forcecamera 0 in the server console so dead players can spectate anyone. mp_forcecamera 1 limits them to their team.

Arguments
modeRequired- Spectator restriction mode.
What it does
Set it to 1 so dead players can only watch their own team, which prevents them from relaying enemy positions. 0 lets them watch anyone. Competitive configs keep it at 1.

Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to cstrike/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a CS:S server first.
