How to change push to talk key in CS:S
Type bind v +voicerecord in your game console and holding V transmits your mic. It is on K by default.

Transmits your microphone while the bound key is held.

What it does
Bound to K by default. The + means it stays active while the key is down.
Use it in your game
Type it in your own game console: turn on the developer console in the game's settings, then press the key under Esc. To keep it, put the line in cstrike/cfg/autoexec.cfg.
