How to turn off blood in CS 1.6
Type violence_hblood 0 in the server console and hits no longer spray blood or leave blood marks. violence_hblood 1 brings it back.

What it does
With the default 1, hits on players and hostages spray blood and leave blood decals. Set it to 0 on the server to stop those effects from being created, for example for a younger audience. Players also have their own client copy of this setting.
Good to know
- Blood also helps players see where shots landed, so competitive servers keep it on.
Run it on your server
