How to change voice chat volume in TF2

Type voice_scale 0.5 in your game console to play other players' voices at half volume. 1 is full volume.

voice_scale

Sets the volume of other players' voice chat.

Half voice volume.

Arguments

valueRequired: Voice volume, 0 to 1.

1 is full volume, lower values make voice quieter compared to game sounds.
