How to record a SourceTV demo in TF2
With SourceTV running, type tv_record match_final in the server console to record the whole match to match_final.dem.
tv_record
Starts recording a SourceTV demo of the match to a file.
tv_record <filename> Examples
tv_record match_final Record to match_final.dem.
Arguments
filenameRequired- Demo file name without the extension.
What it does
Records the whole match from the SourceTV view, including all players. The demo is saved as a .dem file in the tf folder. SourceTV must be active.

Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to tf/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a TF2 server first.
