How to change the SourceTV delay in TF2
Type tv_delay 90 in the server console to delay the SourceTV broadcast by 90 seconds, the usual competitive value.

Delaying the broadcast stops spectators from passing live information to players. Competitive matches commonly use 90 seconds.
