How to turn on Mannpower mode in TF2
Type tf_powerup_mode 1 in the server console to turn on Mannpower runes and grappling hooks. It does not work with Mann vs. Machine.

What it does
Mannpower adds rune powerups and is normally used on Mannpower maps. It does not work together with Mann vs. Machine.

Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to tf/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a TF2 server first.
