How to force Halloween mode in TF2
Type tf_forced_holiday 2 in the server console to turn on Halloween features outside the event dates. 0 follows the normal calendar.

What it does
Turns on holiday features outside their real dates, for example Halloween content on Halloween maps. 0 follows the normal calendar.

Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to tf/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a TF2 server first.
