How to change Arena pre-round time in TF2
Type tf_arena_preround_time 5 in the server console to freeze players for 5 seconds before an Arena round. The default is 10.

Sets the length of the Arena pre-round, when players are frozen before the fight, in seconds.

secondsRequired- From 5 to 15 seconds.

Gives players time to look around and plan before the round starts.

Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to tf/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a TF2 server first.
