How to change crosshair transparency in TF2

Type cl_crosshairalpha 150 in your game console for a see-through crosshair. 255 is fully solid and 0 is invisible.

cl_crosshairalpha

Sets how opaque your crosshair is, from 0 invisible to 255 solid.

cl_crosshairalpha <0-255>

alphaRequired: Opacity, 0 to 255.

Lower it for a see-through crosshair.
