How to clear a player's inventory in Rust
Type inventory.clearinventory "PlayerName" in the server console to empty that player's inventory. Add --belt, --wear or --backpack to clear only that part.

Clears a player's inventory, optionally only the belt, clothing or backpack.
inventory.clearinventory <player> [--belt] [--wear] [--backpack] Examples
inventory.clearinventory "PlayerName" Wipe a player's inventory.
inventory.clearinventory "PlayerName" --belt Only clear their hotbar.
Arguments
playerRequired- Name or Steam64 ID.
--beltOptional- Only clear the hotbar.
--wearOptional- Only clear worn clothing.
--backpackOptional- Only clear the backpack.
What it does
Without flags it empties the whole inventory. Add --belt, --wear or --backpack to clear only those containers.
The game's own description: Clears the inventory of a target player. eg. inventory.clearInventory jim. Can take container names as arguments: --belt --wear --backpack
Good to know
- Items are deleted, not dropped.
Run it on your server
Type it in the server console or send it over RCON; admins can also use the F1 console in game. To keep a setting, run server.writecfg after changing it, or put it on the launch line as +name value.
