How to give a player a loadout in Rust
Type inventory.deployloadout pvpkit "PlayerName" in the server console to give that player the saved loadout named pvpkit.

Gives a saved loadout to a player.

Arguments
loadoutRequired- Name of a saved loadout.
playerRequired- Name or Steam64 ID of the recipient.
What it does
Equips the player with a loadout saved by inventory.saveloadout.

Run it on your server
Type it in the server console or send it over RCON; admins can also use the F1 console in game. To keep a setting, run server.writecfg after changing it, or put it on the launch line as +name value.
