How to change sheet metal upgrade cost in Rust
Type decay.upgrade_metal_cost_multiplier 0.5 in the server console to halve the cost of upgrading building blocks to sheet metal. 1 is normal.

multiplierRequired- 1 = normal cost.
What it does
1 is the normal cost. Lower values make sheet metal upgrades cheaper, which speeds up early game building; higher values make bases more expensive.
