How to set max code lock attempts in Rust

Type codelock.maxfailedattempts 3 in the server console so a player is locked out of a code lock after 3 wrong codes. Default is 8.

codelock.maxfailedattempts

Sets how many wrong codes a player can enter on a code lock before being locked out.

codelock.maxfailedattempts <count>

What it does

After this many failed attempts the player is blocked from that lock for codelock.lockoutcooldown seconds. The default is 8.

Run it on your server

Type it in the server console or send it over RCON; admins can also use the F1 console in game. To keep a setting, run server.writecfg after changing it, or put it on the launch line as +name value.
