How to disable sprays in GMod
Type sv_allowupload 0 in the server console to stop players uploading sprays and other custom files to the server.

Toggles whether players can upload custom files such as sprays to the server.

What it does
Turn it off to block player-made sprays and similar uploads, which some servers do to avoid offensive images.

Run it on your server
