How to disable the flashlight in GMod
Type mp_flashlight 0 in the server console to stop players turning on their flashlight, for example on horror maps; 1 allows it again.

Toggles whether players are allowed to use their flashlight.

What it does
Set to 0 to stop players turning on the flashlight, for example on horror maps.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to garrysmod/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a GMod server first.
