How to turn on HEV suit power in GMod
Type gmod_suit 1 in the server console to give players the Half-Life 2 aux power bar, drained by sprinting, the flashlight and breathing underwater.

What it does
When on, players get the HEV suit aux power bar from Half-Life 2, which limits sprinting and other suit features.
The game's own description: Set to non zero to enable Half-Life 2 aux suit power stuff.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to garrysmod/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a GMod server first.
