How to clear all props in GMod
As an admin, type gmod_admin_cleanup in the console to remove everything every player has spawned; gmod_admin_cleanup props clears only props.

Arguments
typeOptional- Optional type such as props, ragdolls, npcs, vehicles or sents.
What it does
Clears props, NPCs, vehicles and other spawned entities for all players at once, the usual fix when the server starts to lag. Pass a type to clear only that kind.

- Also available from the Cleanup tab in the spawn menu.
Run it on your server
On a SLASHPLAY server, type it in the Console tab of the server page; the reply shows right under it. A value set there lasts until the server restarts. To keep it, add the line to garrysmod/cfg/server.cfg. New to this? Start a GMod server first.
