How to turn off voice chat in CS2
Type voice_modenable 0 in your game console to turn off voice chat completely, so you hear nobody and cannot talk.

What it does
Turning it off disables voice chat entirely, so you hear nobody and cannot speak. Use it when you only want to play with text chat.
